Job Specification: Join a team where you'll be part of a forward-thinking pharmacy focused on dispensing Medicinal Cannabis products. Duties include: Growing and leading a team of pharmacist assistants. Build and implement systems and processes for the dispensary. Collaboration with prescribing doctors to optimize patient outcomes. Attend clinic/dispensary meetings to communicate stock availability. Educating and consulting with your patients. Dispensing medications. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications. Maintaining accurate customer records. Ensuring compliance with pharmacy guidelines. Stock ordering and management, ensuring balances are checked and correct. Ensuring a safe and clean working environment. Skills Required: Bachelor of Pharmacy. APHRA registration to practice as a Pharmacist (with no restrictions) in Australia. Experience working as a Pharmacist and/or Pharmacy Manager in a fast paced environment. Experience receiving, processing orders, dispensing S4/S8 medications. Proficiency with Z Software is viewed favourably. Ability to be trained up on new pharmacy related software to improve efficiencies. Salary & Benefits: . Full-time salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum dependent upon experience.
