About the Role: The Head of Department (Curriculum) has portfolio responsibility for the school's EALD Intensive English Centre. The school's current EALD population exceeds 400 students. Key duties include leadership and management of Intensive English Centre, including:  Development of EALD Teacher and Teacher Aide timetables  Management of all student Bandscales and data monitoring / tracking of progression across them  Capacity building (through professional development) for EALD Teachers and Teacher Aides  Line management of Pedagogy Coach (EALD Mainstream), EALD Support Staff, EALD Teachers and Teacher Aides Please refer to the attached role description for any mandatory requirements for this position.
