About the Role: As an integral part of the senior leadership team at Labrador State School, this role will focus on aligning social-emotional learning (SEL), trauma-informed practices and agreed behaviour practices to enhance students' wellbeing and engagement. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; Development of an innovative student wellbeing framework encompassing SEL, trauma-informed practices and agreed behaviour practices to enhance student engagement. Leadership and refinement of school-wide Positive Behaviour for Learning processes. Monitoring the impact of programs and initiatives on student attendance and behaviour. Engagement with internal and external stakeholders and projects that enhance student wellbeing and engagement. Monitoring of individual students performance and behaviour through pro-active case management processes. Collaboration on whole school wellbeing initiatives.
