Your new role: As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you'll provide advanced clinical expertise and leadership within the Community Care Teams, guiding staff and supporting person-centred mental health care for adults aged 18-65. You will:  Provide advanced clinical support and consultancy in complex mental health care.  Mentor and develop new staff and early career practitioners.  Lead and support evidence-based nursing interventions under the AIMS model of care.  Facilitate safe transitions of care to community and primary settings. About you: You're an experienced and compassionate mental health professional with advanced clinical knowledge and leadership capability. You foster learning, quality improvement and teamwork in every aspect of your work. You will have:  A Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the NMBA.  An extensive experience in mental health nursing and clinical leadership.  A proven ability to deliver evidence-based, person-centred care and drive service improvement.
