About the role The Roster Support Officer provides dedicated rostering and workforce management support services to nurse unit/line managers to achieve the optimal deployment of business unit resources. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:  Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QPS values as outlined above.  Provide quality customer focused rostering and workforce management support services (including the planning, creation and maintenance of rosters) to nurse unit/line managers to ensure optimum workforce deployment.  Pro-actively manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and nurse unit/line managers to enable accurate scheduling activities and pay outcomes.  Establish and maintain a close working relationship with nurse unit/line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.
