About the role Fixed-term temporary full time opportunity to provide advanced clinical expertise in delivering specialised, evidence-based domestic and family violence (DFV), mental health, and alcohol and drug education, consultation, and leadership to clinicians across Metro North Mental Health (MNMH). About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Apply advanced expertise and independent judgement in DFV, mental health, and alcohol and drug services to provide clinical consultation and support to clinicians and treating teams in the assessment, formulation, and management of complex consumer needs and risks. Apply advanced-level advocacy skills within the healthcare system including facilitating linkages with key DFV internal and external agencies to address consumer need and ensure equity in access to services. Provide clinical leadership in identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating quality initiatives, service improvements and research activities that strengthen clinical responses to DFV, improve consumer care, and enhance the delivery of clinical services.
