About the Role: In this position you will be managing a small team to ensure the delivery of English and humanities curriculums to a year 7 cohort.You will also be responsible for the coaching and mentoring of these teachers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to;  Provide visionary leadership to develop and sustain a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.  Promote equity and inclusion by embedding socially just practices and maintaining high standards for both staff and students.  Drive professional excellence through active engagement in lifelong learning, mentoring, and ongoing professional development.  Build strong partnerships with students, parents, colleagues, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance educational opportunities.  Lead strategically and responsibly by managing departmental resources effectively, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies, and planning for future growth.
