About us: Biloela Hospital is a 20-bed hospital that caters for inpatients and outpatients, including emergency department services. About the role: The Clinical Nurse is a rural generalist nurse who provides an early leadership role within the career pathway for nursing within Central Queensland Health and is responsible for a specific patient population and can function in more complex situations while providing support and direction to the Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse (EN) and other non-registered nursing personnel. The CN Rural Generalist follows defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe, practice and services and workplaces. About you: Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a current annual practising certificate are mandatory for this position. A relevant postgraduate certificate or post graduate diploma would be well regarded.
