About the Role As the Senior School Operations Officer, you will: Offer high-level advice to Principals, the Principal Advisor Regional Services, and regional staff on legal, policy, and procedural matters. Oversee customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with the Department's Customer Complaints Management policy and procedures. Draft timely and accurate briefings, submissions, and responses for senior stakeholders, including the Minister and Director-General. Build the capacity of Principals and regional staff to implement quality systems for complaints management and communication. Enhance administrative systems, processes, and communication channels to deliver high-quality services and outcomes. Interested?
