Your opportunity The CNC / Group Improvement Partner Patient Safety Officer provides executive and multidisciplinary frontline teams with expert patient safety leadership to support patient safety initiatives and programs within the rural and remote context. This role will: Create partnerships, for example, providing a central point of communication, engagement and coordination for all stakeholders involved in the consumers/person's care. Improve consumer/person outcomes through the delivery of evidence-based care. Facilitate systems improvement - providing a leadership role within the organisation and act as an agent of change.
