Synergie Australia is seeking multiple FIFO Telehandler with forklift licences for one of our long standings and trusted clients located at their FIFO site here is WA . The important parts: Our client is looking for candidate to work a 2 week on / 2 week off roster, working 12 hours per day. Attractive pay rate of $47 per hour (flat rate) Ongoing project for immediate start and running through to the end of this year (potential to extend if required). What you will be required to do: We are looking for experienced Telehandler Operators who also have a forklift licence to manage the below requirements Operate telehandler equipment safely and efficiently to lift, transport, and place materials as required. Load, unload, and relocate site equipment and materials to designated areas. Perform daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance to ensure machinery reliability. Collaborate closely with riggers, dogmen, supervisors, and other site personnel. Adhere strictly to site safety policies, procedures, and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). Assist with manual labour and site duties when not operating machinery. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, incidents, and maintenance needs. Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and ongoing training sessions. Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly following HSE protocols. To be successful in the role you will: Minimum 2 years' experience operating telehandlers within construction, mining, or industrial environments. (highly desired) Valid Telehandler ticket. Valid Forklift Licence. Confined Space ticket (CSE) Working at Heights ticket (WAH) White Card (Construction Induction) Current WA Driver's Licence (HR licence preferred). FIFO or remote site experience is highly regarded. Ability to read and interpret load charts and lift plans. Strong communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
