About the Role: This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our optometrists, providing high-quality optical dispensing services while assisting with administrative and clinical support. You’ll enjoy variety in your day - from dispensing and frame styling, to pre-testing, contact lens teaching, and supporting dry eye treatments (full training provided). The position is part-time and includes rotating Saturday shifts. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on lens and frame selection to suit patients’ needs Perform dispensing, adjustments, and frame repairs Support optometrists with pre-testing and patient care Assist with contact lens teaching and dry eye treatments Maintain accurate patient records Contribute to merchandising and visual presentation of frames Opportunity to assist with practice social media content Who You Are: Experienced in optical dispensing or keen to develop your dispensing skills Organised, detail-focused, and reliable Excellent communicator with a warm, patient-first approach Customer service-oriented and professionally presented Team player with a flair for fashion and eyewear styling Who We Are: Eyecentric is a f amily-run, boutique optometry practice in the heart of vibrant Manuka.
