Your responsibilities will include: Managing the lifecycle of retailers, including inductions and lease negotiations. Building strong, collaborative relationships with retailers and key stakeholders. Assisting with the timely collection of rent and ensuring arrears targets are met. Supporting the business in achieving cash flow targets and providing accurate sales data. Delivering exceptional customer service by continually reviewing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
