We’re seeking an experienced Cyber Project Manager to deliver key cyber security initiatives within a leading utilities organisation. This role will oversee the planning and implementation of projects that strengthen cyber resilience, compliance, and technology capability across the business. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of cyber and technology projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets Work collaboratively across infrastructure, security, and business teams to drive outcomes Contribute to uplift activities across areas such as Essential 8, NIST, SIEM, SOC, Vulnerability Management, and ZTNA Engage stakeholders at all levels and support clear communication, governance, and reporting About you Proven experience managing cyber security or IT projects in complex environments (utilities, government, or similar) Strong understanding of cyber frameworks and controls (Essential 8, NIST, etc.) Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills - outgoing, friendly, and able to work effectively across varying technical skill levels Exposure to change management and business analysis, including documenting as-is/to-be processes Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, and Microsoft 365 Self-starter who can operate independently and as part of a collaborative project team Location: Hybrid in Geelong (3 days office / 2 days WFH) Contract: 6 months 6-month extension Sector: Utilities If this sounds like something you would be interested in, then please apply now!
