Key Responsibilities Champion a safe, clean, and organised work environment Oversee vehicle intake and workflow to maximise output and quality Coordinate parts, paint, and consumables Monitor repair progress, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery Drive production targets and customer satisfaction Mentor and motivate the team to perform at their best Play a key role in the overall success and profitability of the site About You Experienced in workshop or production management within the collision repair industry Confident communicator and hands-on leader who leads by example Organised, solution-focused, and unafraid to make decisions Strong at delegation and workflow management Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Safety-conscious, reliable, and results-driven Known for your team-first mindset and commitment to quality We also understand that life isn’t always 9 to 5.
