Join Fulton Hogan’s Bridges & Structures team in Bunbury as a Formworker, supporting supervisors on bridge refurbishment, replacement and reinforced concrete works across WA, while developing your construction career with on-the-job training and maintaining strict Living Safety 2.0 standards through active hazard and incident reporting . Key Responsibilities Build, install and strip timber and reinforced concrete formwork for bridges and structures. Assist with concrete pours, finishing, and curing. Read basic drawings and set out formwork to specification. Operate small to medium plant/equipment (e.g., EWP, compactors) where licensed. Maintain site safety: hazard reporting, pre-starts, and compliance with Living Safety 2.0. About You Certificate III in Carpentry or demonstrated experience. A willingness to participate and learn all aspects of timber, concrete bridge and reinforced concrete construction. strong desire to learn to operate small to medium sized construction machinery. Valid White Card and Drivers' Licence (HR or above preferred). Work well as part of a team, coordinating with other operators and workers to achieve a streamlined approach to business. Have knowledge of operating and maintaining heavy vehicles. Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors.
