Join a respected WA-based construction and engineering contractor delivering a diverse range of commercial and infrastructure projects across the state. We’re looking for an organised and proactive Admin / Document Controller to support our project and site teams, keeping systems tight, communication clear, and documentation compliant. The Opportunity You’ll be the central link between project managers, site supervisors, and head office — responsible for maintaining document control, assisting with project administration, and supporting light accounts duties. This is a full-time, permanent role with a stable and supportive culture that values initiative and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Document Control Set up and maintain project folders in SharePoint and Aconex (transmittals, revisions, RFIs, vendor data, drawings). Ensure version control, accuracy, and QA/QMS compliance. Track submissions and chase actions to keep registers current. Project Administration Format and issue project correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes. Coordinate inductions, site access paperwork, and training records. Support procurement with tender issue/receipt and supplier updates. Accounts & Systems Support Assist with purchase orders, invoice coding, and timesheet collation. Maintain consistency across document templates and reporting tools. Contribute to system and process improvements within the team. What You’ll Bring 2 years’ experience in construction or engineering admin/document control. Confident with SharePoint / Microsoft 365 and Aconex (or similar platforms). Exposure to MYOB or similar accounting systems (or willingness to learn). Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-up. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
