ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced and hands-on Piling Foreman/Supervisor to oversee piling operations on a major civil infrastructure project in Brisbane. This position suits a technically skilled site leader with in-depth expertise in CFA, bored, driven, and diaphragm wall piling, who thrives on managing challenging foundation works within dynamic project environments. The Opportunity Lead and manage piling works on a landmark infrastructure project in Brisbane Oversee complex ground engineering operations essential to project success Join a high-performing team committed to safety, quality, and timely delivery Play a key role in delivering infrastructure that will benefit the community for years to come Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and coordinate all piling and ground engineering activities on site Manage crews operating piling rigs, drilling, and sheet piling systems Ensure compliance with design specifications, technical requirements, and OH&S standards Foster a strong safety culture and lead by example in daily operations Oversee subcontractors, labour, and materials to achieve project milestones Manage daily activities across various piling methods—CFA, bored, displacement, secant, sheet piles, deep soil mixing, and diaphragm wall works About You Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on large civil projects Comprehensive technical knowledge across a range of piling and ground improvement techniques Excellent understanding of safety, quality, and environmental management practices Strong leadership and team coordination abilities with a focus on mentoring and performance Collaborative approach to working with Project Managers and stakeholders Highly organised with effective communication and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer Competitive remuneration: $100K–$130K Super, depending on experience Long-term career development with a reputable and well-established contractor Opportunity to work on technically demanding and high-profile projects that shape Brisbane’s future.
