A well-established, family-owned business supplying high-quality timber frames, roof trusses, and structural steel solutions to builders across Sydney and the Northern Beaches is looking for a motivated Timber Frame & Truss Assembler to join the workshop team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a supportive team environment. The role starts on a temp basis with the opportunity to go permanent — we're big believers in finding the right fit for both sides. Duties Assisting in cutting and assembling timber frames and roof trusses Using a variety of tools and equipment, including pneumatic nail guns and power tools (training provided if required) Following plans and instructions to ensure accuracy and quality workmanship Working as part of a small, dedicated team in the factory Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Skills/Attributes Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical role Able to work as part of a small team and follow instructions Experienced with power tools (advantageous but not essential) Interested in learning and developing skills in timber manufacturing.
