What You'll Do: Conduct mental health assessments, counselling, and case management. Develop individual support plans with risk assessments and safety strategies. Provide crisis support and help students engage in education despite barriers. Support staff with advice, resources, and program facilitation. Collaborate with families, carers, and external services for holistic care. Work closely with leadership on child protection and welfare matters. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's in Psychology with AHPRA registration. Membership of a relevant professional body. Experience in case management and working with at-risk youth. Knowledge of school-based processes (NCCD, EAP) and child protection obligations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations calmly.
