Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Senior to Principal Level Engineer to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure project/projects. About the role: In this role, you’ll be actively involved in every phase of project design and delivery — from early concept planning to final execution. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to complex technical challenges and the chance to expand your leadership experience through guiding junior team members and supporting project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Oversee technical delivery and design across projects. Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with Australian standards and project specifications. Contribute to EPCM and Design-Build projects (where applicable). Drive innovation and excellence in project outcomes. What our client is looking for: Bachelor’s degree in engineering Chartered Engineer status (CPEng, CEng, PE). 10 years’ industry experience with proven leadership. Strong technical delivery skills and advanced digital design capability. In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. A proven track record in mentoring and developing engineers at all levels. EPCM or Design-Build project experience (desirable).
