The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and translate business and security requirements into practical solutions that strengthen access control, compliance, and cybersecurity maturity. Key Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders to understand business processes, identity governance needs, and access control requirements. Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements related to IAM, including identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and authorisation. Translate business objectives into IAM-specific use cases, process flows, and data models. Conduct gap analyses and feasibility assessments to evaluate control effectiveness and recommend improvements. Contribute to the development and enhancement of cybersecurity standards, guidelines, and best practices. Assist in evaluating and integrating IAM technologies and tools across enterprise systems. Support change management and user adoption of new IAM solutions and processes. Collaborate within Agile and traditional project environments to ensure timely, high-quality delivery outcomes. Skills and Experience Strong knowledge of IAM concepts including Identity Lifecycle Management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Experience working on IAM projects such as RBAC implementations, application integrations, or directory consolidation initiatives. Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements documentation. Understanding of security and compliance frameworks such as AESCSF, ISO 27001, and NIST. Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Proficiency in JIRA, Visio, and Business Process Modelling tools. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
