Our client is seeking a highly organised, motivated, & confident leader. About The Role: Manage or supervise a variety of Perth metro projects ranging from $15m - $90m. Oversee or supervise all operations on site. Monitor & maintain project schedules. Review project plans & specifications of building design. maintain clean & safe work sites. Embrace & control a fast-paced working environment. About You: Min 5 years' experience in Site Management WA build experience on $25m Projects Demonstratable track record on high value project delivery (Apartments desirable). Experience on working with or alongside Tier 1/2 Builders Key Stakeholder engagement with Local or Federal Government (desirable) Highly organised, ambitious & motivated Leader. Proactive & always seeking to improve. High attention to detail – Quality mindset Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively. High standards of personal integrity, self-discipline & responsibility.
