Participate in management meetings, training programs, and brand events. About You You’re a confident and energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting. With strong commercial instincts and a natural ability to connect with people, you lead by example and inspire your team to deliver results. You will bring: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior 2IC in premium, lifestyle, or travel retail. Background in apparel, accessories, or hospitality, with strong service and sales focus. Demonstrated ability to drive performance and maintain operational excellence. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills. A passion for exceptional customer experience and genuine team leadership.
