Engineering Trades Australia are currently recruiting skilled Boilermakers, Pipefitters and Mechanical Fitters for a mix of workshop and site-based roles on upcoming oil & gas projects in Brisbane. The Work : Successful applicants will be involved in a range of tasks, including: Workshop fabrication of pressure piping, spooling, skids and structural steel assemblies Onsite installation of pipework, tanks, vessels and structural steel on live facilities Mechanical fitting of rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, valves and process plant components Reading and interpreting isometric drawings, GAs and fabrication sketches Pressure testing, QA/QC checks and documentation as per project standards What’s on Offer: Up to $56 per hour penalties Variety of work across fabrication, installation and projects Immediate start dates with long-term opportunities available Exposure to major oil & gas projects with strong pipelines of work into 2026 Safe, professional work environments with opportunities to broaden your skills What We’re Looking For: Trade qualified Boilermakers or Mechanical Fitters Pipefitting/fabrication experience in oil & gas, mining or heavy industry Ability to work to drawings and specifications with a high attention to detail Strong focus on safety and teamwork in high-risk environments Current White Card (Working at Heights and Confined Space highly regarded) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Why Apply?
