Job Details About the company Trainee - Cert III Kindikids is looking for Cert III Trainees No prior experience needed We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children and are committed to the traineeship. About the role: Locations: Ryde, Five Dock and Edensor Park Role Type: Full Time This is a full-time position where you will complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) while gaining hands-on experience in a supportive and nurturing environment. Assist in the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. Provide high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children. Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community. Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations governing early childhood education and care. What we are looking for: Currently enrolled or wanting to enroll in Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their care and education. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for learning. A responsible and reliable approach to your work.
