The Role: Responsible for driving GCI income of 25 agents, and an overall responsibility for training / motivating their Assistants and Associates, this role will see you focused on: Development and management of Agent metrics Sales Agent performance including 1:1's and monitoring KPI's Delivering team training sessions and running monthly sales meetings Recruitment including identifying & nurturing a talent pool and interviewing / onboarding Ensure compliance with all Legislation (with support from HR) Handle all elevated issues or complaints to ensure the Company's reputation is maintained Keep abreast of the market to identify key trends or potential acquisition opportunities for growth Specific requirements : You will be a proven Real Estate leader Have a current Real Estate & drivers License Ideally local area knowledge and live within a comfortable commute Benefits: A generous opportunity to share in the profits Work Monday to Friday only!
