The Role: Reporting to the Finance & Operations Head, you’ll assist with the day-to-day financial operations and month-end activities across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are key. Responsibilities will include: Processing supplier invoices and entering data into accounting systems Managing and reconciling receipts, bank statements, and credit card payments Handling employee expense reimbursements and auditing receipts Supporting month-end close, including reconciliations and BAS preparation Monitoring expenses against budgets and assisting with reporting Providing administrative and operational support to the wider business About You: Ideally secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline Similar accounts payable or assistant accountant role Experience in SAP Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and time management skills Availability to commence immediately or within short notice The Perks: Close to public transport Temporary contract through to March 2026 Supportive, collaborative work environment Exposure to an international business and high-performing finance team Convenient Sydney-based office with hybrid flexibility If this sounds like your next role then Stitch has got you covered – APPLY NOW.
