Property & Development Lawyer A leading Australian commercial firm is seeking a Property & Development Lawyer (1–4 years’ PQE) to join its Melbourne team . The firm is known for providing strategic, commercially focused advice to major corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and family businesses. It has built a reputation for innovation and results, handling many of the country’s most significant property and development matters. The Practice The Property & Development team is led by respected partners who advise across acquisition, financing, planning, development, construction, sales and leasing. The Role Working closely with partners across Melbourne and Sydney, you’ll assist on complex transactions, leasing and general property matters. The environment is lean and collaborative, allowing early responsibility and direct client involvement. Partners are approachable, hands-on and value independence.
