Our multidisciplinary team delivers evidence-based, recovery-focused care, supporting young people and their families through assessment, intervention, and ongoing support. Your role, your impact As Recovery Team Leader, you’ll lead a dedicated team delivering innovative, recovery-focused care to young people experiencing early psychosis. Your leadership will shape the quality and reach of our services— supporting young people, their families, and our community to thrive. Key responsibilities: Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the Recovery Team Deliver and oversee evidence-based, youth-friendly interventions Provide clinical oversight and direct service delivery, including case management Guide and supervise multidisciplinary staff, ensuring quality and consistency Develop and implement innovative recovery projects and group programs Manage referrals to ensure timely and appropriate service access Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data and reporting Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders Support and supervise Peer Support Workers and vocational staff Promote culturally safe and inclusive practices for all young people Who we’re looking for You have: Demonstrated experience in youth mental health, especially early intervention for psychosis Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or a related discipline Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA or AASW) Strong leadership and team coordination skills Advanced clinical skills in recovery assessments and interventions High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience in supervision, mentoring, and performance management Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Skilled in data management, documentation, and reporting Current driver’s licence What will help you thrive: Postgraduate qualifications in youth mental health Experience in service development and continuous quality improvement Knowledge of the Tasmania Mental Health service system Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and facilitating caseload reviews What’s in it for you?
