Role Summary HMR is seeking experienced Production Drill Operators for projects in the Central West NSW region. This is a full-time role for a minimum of 6 months, with potential for ongoing placement with our client. Key Details Roster 7/7 Competitive pay rates DIDO (NSW) Km reimbursement FIFO from major cities Accommodation & messing provided Key Responsibilities Drill production long-holes to Client requirements Interpret drill plans and ensure hole accuracy Record and report drilling data Conduct pre-start inspections, risk assessments, and safety checks. Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on drill rigs to maintain uptime Liaise with other departments to support production Contribute to safety and productivity improvements Requirements / Qualifications 2 years’ experience in a similar role Previous experience/exposure to Sandvik & Epiroc production machines Motivated self-starter who can work independently Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency Ability to meet pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening Police clearance (within 6 months) Manual Driver’s Licence First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Why Join HMR?
