About the Role This Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning business objectives with best practice in human resources. You will work closely with managers and senior leaders, support a high-performing team, and provide leadership to a small group of human resources practitioners. This position will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to make an immediate and visible impact. Key responsibilities Partner with managers to design and implement workforce strategies and HR solutions Provide trusted advice across ER matters, including investigations, performance management, and case work Coordinate WHS initiatives, ensuring compliance and embedding well-being programs Support and coach leaders on workforce planning, culture, and engagement Oversee recruitment activity through your direct report and provide leadership across a collaborative team.
