You’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and work with a team of Accountants. Your role goes beyond compliance; you will play a key role working collaboratively with clients to create actionable strategies that drive sustainable success. What You’ll Do Manage your own client portfolio, providing exceptional client service and high-quality accounting and commercial advice Build strong, ongoing client relationships through proactive communication Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and other financial reports to ensure compliance Oversee workflow and budgets, ensuring jobs are delivered on time and profitably Support, mentor, and develop a team of accountants Contribute to business development and continuous improvement initiatives About You You’re an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working closely and collaborating with clients. You balance technical expertise with an easy-going, people-focused approach. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, plus CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent) Experience in public practice accounting Great communication skills and commercial acumen Proven leadership and mentoring experience Considering a Move to Orange?
