What You Will Do Deliver and support secure, high-performance network infrastructure across day-to-day operations. Proactively monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network and security systems to ensure availability and optimal performance. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to implement and enhance infrastructure and security capabilities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date network documentation and diagrams to support operational continuity. Ensure compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS , and Essential Eight . Lead initiatives to improve systems uptime, performance, and redundancy capabilities. Participate in the on-call roster to provide after-hours support as needed. Who You Are 8 years in Network Engineering and deployment, including 5 years in Network Security within a Managed Services environment. Strong skills in any Fortinet technologies, (FortiGate Firewall, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator) Fortinet Certified Associate or Professional preferred. Skilled in Data Centre Network - Routing, Switching and BGP. (Cisco, Arista), CCNP or equivalent preferred Working Knowledge in any two of the below - IPSec/VPN, Cisco ISE, DNS configurations, and load balancer technologies (Kemp, F5, NetScaler). Familiar with Cloudflare SaaS security products (e.g., Zero Trust, DNS, Load Balancing, WAF). Strong problem-solving skills , attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or similar. Understanding of compliance frameworks , especially within the financial sector. Scripting or automation knowledge is a bonus.
