What You Will Do Here Drive New Business : Identify and pursue net new logo opportunities across NSW Government, Health, Insurance, Utilities, and other regulated industries. Strategic Sales Plans : Develop and execute strategic, solution-led sales plans focused on services not products. Collaborate with Marketing : Co-design persona-based demand generation campaigns to increase market penetration. Service Delivery Alignment : Partner with Practice Leads and Delivery Managers to ensure scope, pricing, and margin targets are met. Strategic Relationships : Build strong co-sell relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners. Contract Negotiation : Secure terms that support service excellence, compliance, and financial goals. Who You Are Proven Business Development Manager : Demonstrated success in net new acquisition and strategic sales execution. Industry Networked : Strong relationships selling into regulated industries and corporate sectors, with a consultative approach. Microsoft Ecosystem Fluent : Familiar with Microsoft co-sell motions and solution areas (Modern Work, Azure, Security, Data & AI). Experienced in IT Services : Minimum 7 years in IT Managed Services or Professional Services, ideally from MSP/MSSP backgrounds. Security-Focused : Understanding of compliance-first frameworks (e.g. Essential Eight, CPS 234, SOCI Act). Analytical and Strategic Thinker : Skilled in opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and forecasting. Excellent Communicator : Able to engage at CxO level and influence decisions in fast-moving environments.
