You’ll be part of our dynamic Virtual Business team, helping Australian businesses thrive by delivering smart, tailored payment and transaction banking solutions. This full-time role is based across metro Queensland, where you’ll work closely with our branch network and small business bankers to uncover customer needs and offer solutions that genuinely make a difference. It’s a fast-paced, customer-focused role where your impact will be felt every day. This is a hybrid role, with 3–5 days a week spent in the office, on the road, or at a branch – wherever your customers need you most. What do I need? Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust with customers and colleagues. Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within banking, retail, or payments. A solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing small to medium businesses. Confidence in discussing transaction banking and merchant solutions. Willingness to travel across metro QLD to support branches and meet customers. Why join us?
