Team & Opportunity The role of the Senior Manager, Fund Service and Oversight – Australia provides strategic leadership to the Fund Services and Oversight (FSO) team, contributing across technical, functional, and people management dimensions. It involves building strong relationships with regional and global colleagues to deliver scalable, consistent solutions. The successful candidate will ensure systems and processes are aligned with local market regulations, lead cross-functional product change initiatives, and engage in FSO and VIA-related projects. Leveraging deep fund accounting expertise, the role also supports team development by identifying operational impacts and mentoring others. Additionally, it includes managing relationships with banks and business partners to ensure accountability and drive service satisfaction. Define team strategy and goals, using data analysis to drive business outcomes and improve processes. Ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls, including regulatory and board-level submissions. Oversee key deliverables such as financial statements, tax reporting, and dividend distributions, resolving discrepancies as needed. Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and control enhancements while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
