Honeywell is seeking a proactive and organised Facility Coordinator to support operations at a high-profile PPP site. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day facility management, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining contractual compliance. This role is site based full time at the Southern Cross Station. Key Responsibilities Coordinate planned maintenance and reactive works across the site Schedule contractors and staff to meet service delivery KPIs Monitor cleaning performance and ensure soft services compliance Track costs and support financial reporting and budgeting Administer facility systems including CMMS (QFM), SharePoint, and document management tools Respond to customer requests and resolve site-based issues efficiently Key Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility coordination or building services Strong organisational and communication skills Experience with subcontractor management and service delivery standards Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management systems Ability to interpret and comply with contracts and safety procedures Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
