THE ROLE The Change Analyst, Maintenance Delivery Transformation is responsible for supporting Homes Victoria's Maintenance Delivery Transformation change program, being the change analyst within the delivery program and undertaking a diverse range of projects to improve renter experience and increase maintenance quality. The Change Analyst will conduct work to help understand and delivery changes to maintenance delivery within Homes Victoria. These changes include technology shifts, staff and contractor engagement programs, pilots and a range of other reform programs. The role reports to the Change Manager, Maintenance Delivery Transformation; however, will work closely all stakeholders to understand and help HV and COPL through change. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide expert analysis, advice and support to stakeholder groups regarding change strategies, implementation plans and arising risks. Provide analysis and support change management initiatives and integrated approaches to the maintenance delivery transformation Provide timely expert advice and develop open and effective communication strategies including collection of highly complex, contentious, or sensitive information on matters of staff or business.
