The RoleThe VPS 3 Administration Support Officer in the Wimmera South West (WSW) area works as part of an administrative team, this role supports the entire WSW area but can be based out of any office location (Horsham, Hamilton, Portland, Warrnambool) This role is responsible for office support, correspondence and record keeping and application of administrative policy and protocols to support executive area programs within WSW. The role also supports key adminsistative fuctions such as fleet management and financial payments in Oracle Cloud. Work type Fixed Part Time – FTE 0.2 until 31 DEC 2026.
