What you’ll do Lead Strategic Communications: Advise senior leaders on how to best engage employees and drive business outcomes through internal channels. Optimise Internal Platforms: Establish and continuously improve communication platforms to ensure they’re effective, measurable, and aligned with business needs. Drive Change Communications: Lead messaging for major change initiatives, helping employees understand their role in the company’s success. Champion AI-Enabled Communication: Use AI tools to simplify complex information, enhance synthesis, and improve efficiency. Craft High-Impact Content: Develop messaging that reflects our values, priorities, and strategic direction. Measure & Improve: Implement metrics to assess communication effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. What we’re looking for 10 years’ experience in communications, with a strong focus on internal communications. Proven ability to advise senior executives and lead change communications. Strong business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics. Curious, creative, and comfortable experimenting with new technologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
