We are seeking experienced Community Mental Health Nurses to join our dedicated team working across Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Youth Mental Health in stunning regional Western Australia. As a Community Mental Health Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and their families. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing case management, assessment, and treatment planning for young people with complex mental health needs • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, recovery-focused care • Offering outreach and community-based support to enhance engagement and continuity of care • Liaising with schools, families, and community organisations to promote positive mental health outcomes I would love to here from you if you are an empathetic and motivated professional with a strong commitment to youth mental health.
