Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the locks, doors and windows department Oversee inventory, ordering, and stock control of locks and related hardware Coordinate with technicians and clients to ensure timely delivery and installation Maintain accurate records and reporting systems Lead and support a small team, ensuring high standards of service and safety Liaise with suppliers and ensure compliance with industry standards Proven experience in locksmithing or lock hardware management Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Familiarity with inventory systems and basic reporting tools What We Offer: Competitive salary package Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development Stable, full-time position in a growing company
