What you’ll be doing: You’ll play a key role in shaping our market presence and empowering our sales team by: Developing and implementing strategies to grow market share and deliver sustainable profit growth. Managing marketing budgets and advertising plans to support regional success. Identifying new business opportunities and emerging market segments. Conducting market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and performance. Leading and mentoring your account team to achieve shared goals. Monitoring portfolio targets and tracking progress toward sales objectives. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across accounts. Presenting strategic agreements and initiatives to boost performance. Running regular business reviews and managing a 12-month rolling marketing plan. What you bring: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and brings: Experience in working with national retail networks. A track record of managing complex corporate accounts with strategic insight. Strong business development skills, from concept to execution. Financial acumen and confidence in pricing and promotional planning. Familiarity with rental and dealer networks. A business degree or equivalent experience.
