Job Description Oaks Redcliffe Mon Komo Suites is looking an experienced and driven Hotel Manager to lead and grow one of our franchised properties, just north of Brisbane. This rare opportunity you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensure seamless daily activities, all while maintaining exceptional standards across all departments. This role involves comprehensive oversight of hotel operations, maintenance, and strata management to deliver outstanding guest experiences while driving operational efficiency and financial performance. You’ll work closely with corporate leadership and ownership to protect and grow the value of the asset while cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation Key Responsibilities Leverage your passion, initiative, and strategic approach to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Manage day-to-day profitability, presentation, and operations of the entire property. Oversee financial forecasting, staff rostering, and promotional initiatives to boost sales. Develop and lead the property team to reach their highest potential. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including Body Corporate, Strata Managers, and local business partners Managing, leading, and motivating staff to ensure a high-performing team culture is maintained Make strategic decisions to increase Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR) by collating and analysing data.
