Procurement and Purchasing Officer / Sourcing Specialist Location: Sydney (CBD or Western Sydney) Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension Day Rate: Circa $600 per day (including super) Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in office, flexible working conditions The Opportunity Our client, a large and growing infrastructure organisation, is seeking a highly motivated Procurement and Purchasing Officer who takes initiative in the team. This role will support procurement across Engineering, Maintenance, and Plant Hire categories. This is a 12-month contract opportunity that has become available due to an internal promotion. It offers an excellent chance to work in a high-performing procurement team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage short-to-medium-term procurement needs. You’ll support RFQs, purchase order creation, contract setup, and ensure compliance with procurement governance frameworks.
