Bathhouse Host/Attendant – Job Description We’re looking for organised, customer-focused, and passionate Bathhouse Hosts/Attendants to provide exceptional service and support daily bathhouse operations. This is a casual role , with a range of shifts available: Monday – Thursday: 6 AM – 10 PM Friday – Sunday: 6 AM – Midnight As a Bathhouse Host , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy the ultimate wellness experience while assisting with the smooth operation of our bathhouse. Key duties include: Warmly greeting clients upon arrival and providing assistance as needed. Efficiently managing the check-in process, ensuring accuracy and promptness. Facilitating bookings and reservations, via phone, email and in person utilising our booking system. Addressing guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the bathhouse facility, ensuring a pleasant environment for all guests. Adhering to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations and protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff. Other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the establishment. Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The ideal candidate will possess: A genuine passion for the health and wellness industry. Exceptional customer service skills, coupled with a flexible and solution-oriented approach to achieve positive outcomes. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage a diverse workload, and handle multiple responsibilities. A friendly and lively personality, coupled with a positive, self-starting attitude and a commitment to consistently performing at a high standard. Impeccable grooming and presentation standards. Proficiency in computer and administrative tasks, including experience with scheduling software. Current First Aid and CPR certification.
