What You’ll Be Doing Managing client relationships post-settlement, ensuring they receive exceptional ongoing care Conducting loan repricing requests and proactively identifying retention opportunities Handling client queries, providing timely updates, and building strong relationships Maintaining accurate client records and following up on reviews and milestones Supporting the team with retention strategies and initiatives Contributing to continuous improvement of client service processes About You 1 year experience in the broking or banking industry A natural communicator who thrives on building lasting relationships Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Positive, motivated, and eager to grow professionally Professional, ethical, and always putting client outcomes first Ready to Make a Difference?
