As a seamstress / tailor the core focus of this role is to repair and alter existing garments from the sales people. The position offers an in house office with a bubbly and fun team. THIS ROLE REQUIRES EXPERIENCE - Essential Responsibilities You'll be working out of our office in Sydney Australia. Your primary responsibilities will include: Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position. Alterting and fixing existing garments Repairing suits Being able to work efficiently and with skill on high quality suits. Essential experience with high-end suits and luxury garments is required for this role. As the ideal candidate you should possess the following skills/background: Have been a seamstress or tailor for a number of years Minimum 3-5 years of professional seamstress or tailor experience is required. Ability to alter jackets and suits eg. shorten jackets ,shorten shoulder, shorten sleeves, take in and let out chest, stomach, side seams and back seams. Attention to detail.
