About the Role, As our Workshop Supervisor, you will:Uphold standards to ensure compliance with companies Policies/Procedures, Australian Standards, Acts and Regulations, and client requirementsEnsuring safety excellence and maintaining the highest standards of quality control across all operationsLead a positive workplace cultureManagement of project spend for each assigned project or sub-projectPlan jobs so optimise the builds and work flowCreate and implement ITPs, Fabrication Traceability Sheets and compile MDRs with the support of the Quality CoordinatorChecking of jobsMentor and motivate to ensure effective and efficient supervision and delegation of staff while ensuring work is carried out to relevant standardsEnsure regular project management review, inspection and liaison with the client is maintainedMonitor job profitability and implement process improvementsSupport staff management and ensure compliance within industry standards What We're Looking For:An individual who has a passion for doing it rightTrade Certificate with a minimum of 5-8 years' workshop experience with leading hand experienceBoilermaking trade certificate is required for this positionMinimum of 2 years of leading hand experience is essentialStrong Analytical and organisational skillsDrive to keep the high standards of our businessExceptional skills in Drawing Interpretation, Steel fabrication, structural, piping and plateworkWell-developed knowledge of quality control and safety standardsDemonstrated leadership qualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge about ISO 9001, AS 5131, AS 1554.1-6 & AS3992Demonstrated ability and knowledge to use computer applications including Microsoft Word, and ExcelAustralian work rights are required for this position If you're ready to embrace this opportunity, step up your career, and lead our workshop where excellence is the standard, we'd like to hear from you!
